2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:
- No payment is required to start your trial
- You have full access to your selected plan's features
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge
- If you don't cancel, you will be automatically billed at the end of the trial
Important: To avoid being charged, cancel your trial before it ends. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with IronFront after your trial, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment:
- Request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge
- Receive a full refund of your subscription fee
- No questions asked
To request a refund: Email support@ironfrontapps.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- First 30 days: Full refund available (money-back guarantee)
- After 30 days: No refunds for the current billing period
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period
5. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- First 30 days: Full refund available (money-back guarantee)
- After 30 days: Pro-rata account credit for unused months may be available at our discretion
- Cancellation: Access continues until the end of your annual term

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Lead packs or one-time purchases (unless defective)
- Add-on services already rendered
- Custom development or integration work
- Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
7. Subscription Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
- No refund is provided for the difference in the current period
- You retain access to your current plan's features until the period ends
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@ironfrontapps.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Briefly explain the reason for your request (helps us improve)
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days
9. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the original payment currency
Please note that your bank or credit card company may have additional processing times.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in account suspension.
